Sullivan Engineering, A Rimkus Company is a leading exterior building restoration contractor in NYC. They deliver successful building envelope restoration projects by providing the property owner with the technical assistance required to ensure that the appropriate materials are combined with high-quality workmanship.
The Sullivan Engineering team needed to fill a Senior Building Envelope Consultant role as soon as possible, but they were having a hard time identifying and reaching out to qualified candidates in an efficient way. Their team lacked a process for finding candidates that had the niche qualifications and experience to thrive in this senior role. That’s where Ajax Union came in.
The Sullivan Engineering team partnered with Ajax Union to create and execute a robust recruiting strategy. Ajax Union helped their team recruit for their Senior Building Envelope Consultant position by creating a comprehensive strategy that combined both advertising techniques and organic outreach.
First, the Ajax Union team researched their current team members’ career history and identified relevant keywords to create lists of qualified candidates in Sales Navigator. All qualified candidates were recorded in a shareable prospecting dashboard with the Sullivan team.
Then, the Ajax Union team created an organic outreach strategy and messaging playbook for their Director of Operational Onboarding, Michael Frech, to use when reaching out to candidates. Additionally, Ajax Union created and implemented promoted job postings and LinkedIn ads to advertise for the role and collect candidates.
